Lebanese Kafta Recipe

Ingredients for Lebanese Kafta:

1 and half pounds of ground beef
2 large yellow medium-sized onions finely minced
1/2 parsley bunch finely chopped
2 teaspoons of 7 spices
2 teaspoons of salt (or to taste)
½ tablespoon of paprika

Directions:

1. Finely chop or mince the onions and strain the liquid/juice that comes out of them, otherwise the meat paste will be loose and won’t hold together easily.
2. Finely chop the parsley leaves (discarding the stems).
3. Mix all ingredients together and make into patties or put on Kabab skewers.
4. Grill on medium heat for about 15 minutes.
5. Serve Kafta with pita bread.
